Totally Satisfied

John Loturco is by far the most dedicated Lawyer anyone can ask for. I had never been in trouble in my entire life and quite scared to say the least- having a 3rd degree assault charge i needed someone to help me that knew the law like no other. after being arrested the first call i made was to his o...ffice, i can honestly say that yes, Mr. Loturco is stern but for good reasons, very dedicated to the case leaves no stone un-turned , always made me feel comfortable from day one. works extremely hard for you and in the end- had all my charges dropped. If you are looking for a great Lawyer - John Loturco is the one.

I'm writing the review because I would like others to know what an incredibly skilled, dedicated, hardworking and successful attorney John is for his clients. John represented me on a major drug trafficking charge. His skill, understanding of the law and expertise resulted in no jail time. His rese...arch and defense established a weakness of the prosecutor's case the resulted in a sentence of only probation. I also had an extremely high bail due to my drug trafficking charge and John was able to get that significantly reduced and later exonerated. In addition, due to the charges, CPS became involved in my case and John was able to assist me in reconnecting with my child. John never waivers. he works diligently on your case ( as if you were a family member), he has impeccable integrity, respect for you as his client and is extremely hard working and caring. He always responds to your calls, is honest and upfront with you regarding your situation, he's very professional and has a unique understanding of all aspects of the law and court system. He has valuable connections and an outstanding reputation which helps tremendously, in your favor, in the court room. John has been instrumental in helping me put the pieces of my life back together, so I could have the opportunity to be the mother that my child needs and the person who I'm proud to have become. John's understanding, encouragement and support in the most terrifying time in my life ( and that of my child's life), will never be forgotten. John LoTurco has help me for several criminal cases, assaults, DWI, Traffic violations and more. The outcome of every case as far surpassed my expectations. I was charged with several felonies and facing jail time. Because of John’s knowledge, experience and through understanding of the law, every ...charge was reduced to a violation or misdemeanors and I received only community service. Beyond what I expected

If you want to hear the outcome: all charges were sealed. That's not why I feel as if I should leave a review. John was extremely pleasant and comforting in a scary time. He answered any questions promptly and honestly. Not only was the end result better than initially expected, but the negative ...experience wasn't accompanied with as much uncertainty that I expected. He defended me from my charges using all angles, I was surprised when I discovered some of the ways he could argue in my favor, but they all clearly worked. Walking into the courtroom with John, it appeared that everyone who knew him thought very highly of him. (Including the Judge!) Everyone, (albeit not too many people) I know who has retained John for criminal defense has received favorable rulings. I hope to never need John's criminal defense services again, but if you want the best representation available, he's your guy.

All charges dropped

Our 23 yo son was being convicted of a DWI, he was stopped at a light and was being pulled over because his vehicle tire was slightly over the white stop line He was then requested to blow into a breathalyzer, my son exercised his right and refused, and was then told at that point he was being arres...ted.Our Lawyer at the time was clearly only interested in money , he told us to plead guilty and take jail time! no other conversation! Out of shear terror for our sons future, we researched everyone! A very good friend of ours highly recommended Mr. John Loturco, she told us of her outstanding success of a much more severe case! Upon our family meeting (which he suggested) I felt extremely hopeful , due to his professionalism, he took his time explaining our specific situation and how the law applies and brought to light our legal rights (which was never even a conversation with our prior lawyer!) Leaving the office that day we all felt we were in the utmost professional hands, every step of the way was handled professionally, I cant state that enough! This outcome was my sons future! Mr.Loturco was very aggressive in representing and defending my sons legal rights!!! a clear display of excellence and putting the prosecution in its place of absolute wrong!
