I was referred to mark by my dr after a car accident and I was getting the run around from the insurance company as to who was really legally responsible to pay my damages for injuries and car. Mark took the time and patience to do much digging to filter his way thru many obstacles to hide who was l...egally responsible fir me to sue for damages. After jumping thru many hoops he found the correct parties. He is a tenacious bulldog that anybody would be lucky to have representing them. He calls with constant follow ups and emails all pertinent information as it is filed. He is extremely professional and a caring man who is not in it for the money. He loves his job and loves a challenge which was defiantly my case. He actually cares about people and not just how much money he can make . I saw a the one bad review in here about him and I can 100 % assure you that person is either a liar or just someone who can’t be happy with anything. I have recommended mark to several of my friends for different cases and nobody has had a bad thing to say about him.

This man is the lowest of low do not use him the judge will put you under the jail. He sleeps with his clients wives he hits you with unexpected bills. Little more than an ambulance chaser and should not even be trusted with a parking ticket defense let alone a car accident or other situation that ...requires someone smart. He’s an imbecile.

Mark was referred to me by one of my doctors after I was in a car accident. He was 100% committed to helping me out and making sure I was able to get the treatment I needed. If I couldn't make it to his office he would come to our home for meetings and was in constant communication with me. Phone cal...ls, text messages, emails, you name it. He was honest and upfront 100% of the time so there was no guessing on what was going to happen next.

This man is despicable. Not only is he rude, uncaring, and unreliable; I was guaranteed I could have had a better outcome with a public defender! He had the nerve to call me "a pain in the ass" because he had to come to court for me one day. Isn't that part of your job description Mr. Musachio? He is... incredibly unprofessional and I would never ever recommend that anyone use him as a lawyer. You might as well flush your money down the toilet.
