Our consultation was 35 minutes. We were interested in evicting a problem tenant. He demanded cash as payment. We went from his office to subway for lunch during which time our tenant agreed to our terms. We were back in his office in less than two hours for a refund and that's when the fun started. ...He first said he would keep 100, we reminded him of the free consultation then he switched and said he'll give us back 150. He then said to leave and come back tomorrow and proceeded to call the cops. We worked with the police to recover 250 of our stolen money.
