I am beyond thrilled I chose Shawn to handle my criminal case and now feel like a new person. I didn't have any criminal lawyer recommendations to go off of so I found him by searching online and chose him because his website explained what I was facing in detail and provided the likely outcome, unli...ke the other attorney websites I came across that just try to scare you into hiring an attorney. He is available 24/7 and took the time to explain everything in detail during my first phone call to his office before even meeting for a consultation or retaining him as my attorney. He assured me that everything would be alright and he knew exactly what the entire process would be as well as the outcome. I was a nervous wreck about this case but, from the start, Shawn gave me peace of mind, which was priceless to me. His fee was extremely reasonable. I did speak with others in the same situation who were paying up to double his fee and getting much less service from their attorneys. I had a lot going on in my personal life and Shawn was extremely sympathetic and went above and beyond to get my case taken care of right away, prior to my initial court date. The court told me that could not be done yet Shawn still made it happen. He is such an honest, compassionate and knowledgeable attorney, which is not easy to find. I am truly so grateful I chose him to handle my case. I really can't say enough. He is incredible!!!!!

I paid Shawn Kassman $1300 dollars upfront to evict a tenant from beginning to end of the legal process. The day of court Shawn never showed up, instead he sent an assistant who I believe was an attorney. We came to a stipulation settlement with the tenant which was worked out over a painful period o...f time because the assistant couldn't comprehend what was going on. In the end the tenant didn't keep to the agreement and part of my agreement with Shawn was that he would finish it from beginning to end. So now months later he has to submit affidavit of non-compliance. Which he does but its incoherent, illegible, and his math in the figures do not add up correctly. So being, the court rejects it. When I explained to Shawn what he did wrong he became belligerent and defensive. In our texts he refused to re-do the affidavit and and he threatened me with arrest saying I was harassing him when all I wanted him to do was comply with our agreement. This kind of behavior should not come from a person who is supposed to be an officer of the court. I don't believe anyone should have to go through this. My advice to everyone reading this is steer clear from this man. The final result of all this was that I had to retain another attorney.

Mr. Kassman has been extremely professional from the very beginning. From the moment I contacted him on the weekend he spoke with me in detail and explained the process of what was needed. He took his time on the phone and let me know i could call anytime I needed to. Weekend , evening, daytime, a...nytime. He also communicated through email and I was able to sign any documents to hire him from my computer. I was also able to make payments easy by paying on line. I never had to run into his office and go out of my way. I am so happy that he has helped me resolve my issue. Even more happy that he listened and understood what I needed to have done and fought for me in court. Mr. Kassman has been very helpful, compassionate and resourceful. He is extremely knowledgable and very confident. I found his confidence very helpful in a stressful situation. I am so thankful that he made me feel that I was in good hands and I certainly was.
