Mr. Kassman is a great attorney backed by an incredible staff who work really hard. We had a horrible tenant that had to be evicted in Suffolk County and Mr. Kassman laid out a plan and executed on it flawlessly. He took dozens of phone calls, and so did his staff from us and reassured us throughout ...the entire process. We are really grateful. I hired Shawn to represent me in a Suffolk County Family Court matter. He has communicated with all other counsel and the referee effectively and with composure throughout my case thus far. Ran into some trouble and was charged with two misdemeanors. The people’s offer was 90 days jail time. After the initial court date and consultation with Mr. Kassman and after months of me compiling crucial paperwork the charges were reduced to violations with the sentence being 49 hours of community... service and several hundred dollar fines. A little costly in the end obviously but well worth it in the end when you have an amazing attorney on your side to represent you. Not to mention the fact that every court appearance I was the first one addressed by the judge and first one out because of Mr. Kassman.
