Shawn Richard Kassman

I gave a 2 star because he did see me the same day.I couldn't really tell you if he earns a 5 star review to be honest or of he is even knowledgable or hardworking .He yawned the whole time I was there he seemed not at all interested in anything I had to say. I rushed there to see him for his counsel... and I felt i had more anxiety leaving. I think he nearly fell asleep on me . I honestly got the "yea, yea,(yawn),next " side of him. So I'm assuming he was tired. That said not sure about him as a go to lawyer ,but I can say he broke the world record if there ever was one in yawning .

I called him in regards to a civil case, his assistant had a very thick Spanish accent and had no idea what I speaking of. If I'm asking for an attorney or what. He then transferred me to Shawn directly I gave him an oversight of my case. Shawn was completely rude and apathetic to my case. Lack of ...professionalism to say the least. I hung up I couldn't believe it.

I engaged Shawn to assist me with a legal matter in Ocean Beach, Fire Island. Shawn was strategic in his lawyering. Ultimately, we received a fair outcome that I was very pleased with. During my trial, I realized how well respected Shawn is in his field but this came as no surprise. I will certainly ...use him again for any relevant legal needs. Highly Recommended.

Mr. Kassman made sure that communication was key I'm our consultation. When I called his assistant made sure I was able to get into the firm to speak with him as quick as possible. He broke down the situation I was going through, and the options I could take. He then advised me of the path I would ta...ke in the future if further litigation were to occur. Very pleased with this experience.
