Lack of service
Do not go to this attorney, terrible service and over expensive. Charges everything upfront and then you have to pay more than what his retainer contract says. Could never talk to Eric horn directly, every time you have to inquire about your case. You can only talk to his receptionists. I h...
If you are an actual client I am sorry. However, I do want to make a few points because you said enough inaccurate statements that make me wonder if you were a client. Everyone gets a copy of their retainer. No one ever gets charged more than what is listed on the retainer. Every case that is charged $700 or more has a payment plan available. I will see existing clients upon request if they make appointments to see me. However, though I supervise everything that goes out of my office, most things are prepared by my employees. I will be fair. If during the process you decided that you wanted every paper to be prepared (not just reviewed) by me as it is my firm, then you should go to a solo practitioner who does not have staff.

DO NOT HIRE!!!
HE IS THE WORST, INCOMPETENT BAD SERVICE, ONLY WANTS TO TAKE YOUR MONEY DOES NOT FULFILL HIS OBLIGATION. I PAID HIM $4500 TO DO A WAIVER FOR MY WIFE AND HE DIDN'T DO IT, IGNORANT OF ME NOT ASKING FOR ANY PROOF, I GOT TO FIND OUT THE WORST POSSIBLE WAY, AT THE USA EMBASSY IN MY HOME COUNTRY, AFTER ...
Cris, I apologize that you are not happy with our service. Obviously you have not fully understood the case, though our office has attempted to reach you on multiple occasions. (This was why we delayed responding here.) I will also note that you previously informed us that you were dissatisfied with your two prior attorneys, so I think your dissatisfaction stems from not fully understanding your case despite the best efforts of my office, and quite possibly the offices that you had previously retained.

slow worker
according to annabelle his paralegal, every time we try to reach him he was on vacation, that is why application never go out from office, I would never recommend this lawyer I know they all are rats but he is the father. please look for another legal representation, don't waste your money for nothi...
I am sorry to hear this. I will admit that I was on vacation for eight days when my kids did not have school. However, people are periodically allowed to take vacations with their family. Thus, although I don't know who this is (and Annabelle has no idea, either), I do encourage this person to make an appointment to come into the office to resolve any issues.

Horrible
Eric Horn has been my lawyer for the past year, and I can truly say that he is possibly the worst lawyer I've ever come across. If you expect any communication on behalf of him or his staff, then you can forget about that ever happening. They are rude, obnoxious, and have a sense of supremacy when yo...
This comment disappoints and frankly offends me, assuming it comes from a real client. (It could be someone who asked for the name who he/she was speaking with, which could have been Claudia.) If this is a real, existing client, I recommend that the person come and speak with me. The wait time to see me in the office, if any, is usually under 30 minutes and almost never an hour. Some people insist on being the first appointment, which is fine. However, we have appointments available on the weekend and after 5pm during the week so we can better serve our clients; the weekend and after four during the week are generally busier. And I always see the clients for as long as they need, which is why there can be a wait. I also offer a payment plan for almost all of my cases. Almost all of my clients prefer payment plans, but my office and the client are both supposed to honor the contract. Though it rarely happens, the most common reason an application is not sent around the time when the client thinks it should is because either we are waiting on documents and/or payment from the client. Finally, you mention about only being able to speak to me if you come in person. That is usually not a requirement. Most clients I am perfectly happy to speak with over the phone or by email. However, it is a requirement if you are being rude to the staff.
