After searching 3 or 4 lawyer prior to mister Horn and having only very bad experiences with all of them I have to say that if you need a very professional and knowledgeable lawyer in immigration laws he is your man. I had been trying to adjust my legal status for a while, knowing that it was diffic...ult but not impossible to do the first lawyer was a joke took my money and filled out the wrong paperwork , the second and third just took my money for a "CONSULTATION" and didn't even listen to what I was saying and said that nothing could be done, the one before mister horn was even worse didn't listen, didn't have a clue of what to do and suggested I should go back to my country... My husband never gave up and researched for months all the reviews of different lawyers until he came across one that caught his attention mister Eric Horn. His home page has a couple of reviews that described what I had gone thru and the response to my prayers , so my husband made and appointment and of course after all the bad things I have gone thru I really hesitated to go, not knowing that we would walk in to the hands of one of the best if not the best lawyer I had ever met. He listen to our needs took his time to review my case and gave me not one but multiple solutions to our situation and thanks to mister Horn's knowledge I am now a proud legal permanent resident, after everyone said ""NO"", he was the final hoped for yes. One of the things I didn't want to happen was to leave the country and I didn't. Thank you mister Horn no words can describe the peace of mind and happiness you have given not only to myself but my family too. Also Claudia,( mister Horns assistant) thank you for your moral support and for always keeping your eye on the ball. What a team .

I have no words to express how thankful I'm with Eric Horn. After being defrauded for more then a couple lawyers. Those called Lawyers took a thousands of dollars and never did anything. All they were telling me was: "Your case is not easy, we still waiting for emigration to respond". All was bulls......t. . I changed lawyers many times trying to find someone that could help me. I know my situation was very difficult. I came illegally and had order of deportation. Even though I have been married with an American man for 18 yrs. my time was running I was so hopeless & very afraid. Till a coworker recommended me to him, I decided to try one more time. I never gonna forget the day I sat down on his old office. After explaining my case, very straightforward he told me: I gonna study your case, I'll try my best to remove the order of deportation but I can't promise you anything. All I can tell you is I will try my best and HE DID IT. I know that I gave him a headache sitting on his office almost every week waiting for any news. He was always very patience & kind. I know by fact my case wasn't easy at all but I know this time I made a good choice, choosing the right lawyer. After wasting 10 yrs of my life & so much money with the others fussy swindlers lawyers. Finally he called me to give me the good news. News that I had been waiting for over 15 yrs. He Did it. HE FOUGHT FOR ME. He got removed my order of deportation and got my Permanent Resident Card. My life changed tremendously because now I have a carrier and still happy marriage. Thank you Eric. You are the only one who could helped me to get my American dream. You are the best.

I wanted to hire him for my green card application and paid 1K for him to make calls and review my case. No work was done and his assistants are nasty and rude. One of his assistants calls me in private so I won’t know it’s her. I’ve asked his assistant if no work will be done than the right thing wo...uld to refund me.

Do not go to this attorney, terrible service and over expensive. Charges everything upfront and then you have to pay more than what his retainer contract says. Could never talk to Eric horn directly, every time you have to inquire about your case. You can only talk to his receptionists. I h...ad an aweful experience with this firm. Please avoid them.
