Replied last August 24, 2024I usually don't respond to bad reviews being in the area of law that I practice but in this case its warranted. I was Ms. G's third assigned attorney after the two before me were relieved (one of them due to the ill temper of Ms. G and her refusal to listen. From the beginning, Ms. G did nothing but demean insult and disrespect the Court and her child's father to the point that the Court repeatedly chastised her for doing so. She refused to listen and in fact called or had someone called CPS repeatedly. The court's entire decision was based upon Ms G.'s conduct and testimony, including her own summation which she asked to do. Ms G lost custody due to Ms. G alone and no one else.
