By far the worse lawyer I’ve ever encountered. He did absolutely nothing but take advantage of the fact that I didn’t know my rights or my due process. After a false OP he never requested a fact finding hearing which would have cleared my name. After my child’s grandmother attacked the process server...

Replied last August 24, 2024Unfortunately Mr. D was a victim of a delayed court system and its skeptical approach when dealing with Orders of Protection, and a sterotype of fathers with infants. Because the mother of his child obtained one under questionable circumstances, Mr. D was forced to wait. His stated frustration is normal under the circumstances. However with time, and the aggressive approach taken with the OP, Mr D. did obtain some time with his child, and due to my efforts got a week in Florida, over the objection of the mom and it went well. I am happy to say that he is now getting an extreme complement of well-deserved visitation, the stepping stone of which was the FLorida vacation. I wish him well.
