I was very happy with Mr. Werner and found him to be knowledgable as well as compassionate. I read the other reviews on this website about getting call backs and just want to say that I did not have a problem getting responses from him to any inquiries or concerns that I had, especially beyond the r...egular "legal" aspect of my situation. His staff was efficient and always willing to help me when he was in Court. I recommended several of my friends to him and they have used him as well. We all have agreed that we felt less anxious having him represent us in a process that is very stressful.

I had the most basic divorce ever - neither one of us wanted money or property or anything, just didn't want to be married anymore. $6K later, and over a year, and I have to harass his assistant to fix problems with paperwork, get any info at all, and all she tells me is the court clerk has problems...????

Several years ago, Kevin Werner represented me in my divorce. His mistakes, omissions, false assurances, and just plain bad advice cost me several thousand dollars in payments to the IRS, and left me burdened with an absurd future financial obligation to my ex-wife. One more thing...he will ignore ...you. If you have a problem and call him, he will not return your call. If you need paperwork clarified and mail or fax it to him, he will not respond. In my opinion, he in no way lived up to his obligation to be an advocate on my behalf, and I STRONGLY urge you not to use him as your attorney.
