Worst attorney
He walks around with a big ego but is the worst lawyer. He’ll talk a big game to you so you retain him but once he has your money you’re old news. Never prepared for court. 0/10

Do not waste your time or your money
Do yourself a favor and hire someone else. If you want to be charged a lot of money without any results or action go for it. You will repeat yourself over and over and nothing will get done in a timely manner.

WORST LAWYER!!! DO NOT RETAIN HIM!!
He never returns calls. He will take your $5,000 retainer and send you to his colleagues. I received a $28,000 bill for him doing nothing! Good luck if you retain him. He will talk to you in his office smoke his cigarettes and never give damn about you. How does he sleep at night? DISGRACE!

Over a year later....
I had the most basic divorce ever - neither one of us wanted money or property or anything, just didn't want to be married anymore. $6K later, and over a year, and I have to harass his assistant to fix problems with paperwork, get any info at all, and all she tells me is the court clerk has problems...

Kevin Werner--he made a bad experience worse
Several years ago, Kevin Werner represented me in my divorce. His mistakes, omissions, false assurances, and just plain bad advice cost me several thousand dollars in payments to the IRS, and left me burdened with an absurd future financial obligation to my ex-wife. One more thing...he will ignore ...
