I provide solutions to legal problems. My process follows four simple steps: 1. Objective, 2. Circumstances, 3. Strategy, and 4. Execution.

 

1. Objective. Every engagement starts by diving deep into determining what the client want to achieve.  What is the end result?  What would be their ideal outcome?

 

2. Circumstances. Next, we need to get all of the facts.  Everything.  The good, bad, and the ugly.  Assessing where the client is, and what they are dealing with right now will lay the ground work for the next step.

 

3. Strategy. What is the most efficent path to get to the client's stated objective. Where there is a will, there is way.  Devising a plan that will get us there smoothly and quickly is usually the best approach, but every situtation is differnent. For that reason, the strategy is customized, drawing upon years of experience in similar situations and our best judgment as to how this matter is best handled.  

 

4. Execution.  Getting it done, following the path we set together and most importantly achieving the client's objective. 

 

 While the process is simple, getting it done takes discipline, hard work and perseverence.  If, along the way, it gets messy, that's fine, bring it on.  The harder the fight - the sweeter the victory.  Brutal honesty - it is not cheap, but the peace of mind, knowing it will get done, is priceless. I relish the opportunity to get it done for my clients, and have been doing it successfully for years.

Excellent Council
Jim Clark is a an amazing attorney , he has handle our commercial real estate . He still is the only council I would trust as our income through rent is vital to us as we are retired . Jim Clark masecthat posdible he is a lawyer that will protect you through legal documentation . He has done so much for us as a family , and difficult and sensitive issues , handling them with strong solutions and very carefully . I recommend him highly and his office secretary Eileen is the loveliest , patient and caring representative of his firm .

Nightmare Partner Problem Solved
I entered into what seemed like a solid business venture but one of my partners quickly revealed his true colors and things kept getting progressively worse. The business was a mess and I didn't know where to begin to turn things around, but I knew I needed to get out of this partnership. I felt trapped, my business was now a breath away from complete failure and I thought my significant financial investment was lost. Mr. Clark quickly honed in to the heart of the problem alaid out a strategy to make it right without going to court. These were some of the most stressful months of my life, but in the end everything happened exactly the way he said it would. While I took a hit, financially, the problem was solved. He is a tough deal maker and I am glad he had my back on this one!
