Great Attorney!
Mr.Hochhauser was incredible. I was consulted immediately after the first call. Richard was easy to keep in touch with and would answer all of my emails, phone calls, and even texts regarding my concerns. Guided me through the whole process, made sure I understood everything that was going on. The most important, Richard got my case dismissed at the first appearance! Definitely, recommend!

Attorney was able to indentify a previous error made by the court (spending a DWI refusal case as a 510 suspension) the he sucessfully negotiated a DMV hearing with the court. Attorney is very very knowledgeable in DWI cases.
