Gail Leah Kenowitz

Gail Kenowitz is extraordinary! I divorced in 1991 and, at that time, I was too stressed to even think about the future. I remember telling her at that time that I did not care about his pension and wanted nothing from him. I remember her standing in her office with her hand on her hip saying “I ...will not allow you to do this - you may need it someday”. Move forward to 2018. When it was time for my ex husband to retire he had to give me part of his pension. Although I am in a better place today than all those years ago I decided to take it so my children could benefit from it. I am very grateful to Gail for having the vision so many years ago!

I used Ms. Kenowitz Esq. in 2002 for my divorce hearing. She was both professional and knowledgeable. In 2010 I began another hearing with family court for monies due to me and my stipulation. Many people asked "How was I able to receive this?" I said my lawyer got it for me. She looked into the... future of my children. There school all the way to college.
