She did not just fill out a standard legal template, but creatively incorporated clauses and mechanisms that protected my rights while ensuring they did not push the boundaries of being unenforceable. Additionally, she had a strong understanding of structures that are practical to administer in real-life situations through her extensive experience in divorce lawsuits & settlements and was able to provide invaluable advice on items to include in the document. The final work product thoroughly addressed all my concerns, while also being easy to follow and understand. I was not only impressed by the quality of Gail’s work product, but also by her professionalism and accommodation. She was accessible to discuss any questions or comments I had – she responded quickly to e-mails with thorough explanations and made herself available for calls to have discussions on complex issues. Even at time of signing, she adjusted her schedule to work with the rest of the parties involved. It is refreshing that clients are not forced to work around her schedule – instead, she respects her clients’ time. It was a great pleasure working with Gail. While I hope my life circumstances will not require her services in the future (i.e. divorce), she would be the only attorney I would want to work with in such circumstances.
