I called Dramer and spoke with Mike S each time. My first call I was undecided and he called me just in time because my issue was time sensitive. He eased my mind and answered all my questions. During negotiations he kept me updated on every step and each possible outcome. If i call him and he doesn'...t answer he calls right back. He responds to my email and even on off hours.
