This is the best Law firm! They were honest and upfront and I paid no upfront fees for them to get me out of my Timeshare contract! Not only did they get me out of my Timeshare contract but in record time! Most Timeshare exit Companies expect upfront fees and still say it can take up to three years a...nd you still do some of the work. When i hired them I paid no upfront fees but signed a contract with an exact amount that would be charged when the contract was cancelled. Big shout out to Michael who walked me through the process and answered all of my questions and they did exactly as he said. He couldn't guarantee a time frame but he did make sure I was sent updates to let me know they were still working on it. I am amazed at how quickly they were able to cancel my contract! I will be singing praises to others who also want an honest company to not only get you out of your Timeshare contract but not have to upfront the money and not break the bank for their services. I will be forever grateful for this law firm and all who worked on getting me out of my Timeshare Contract.

They did a great job with releasing me from my obligations of my timeshare. From the start they explained the process and continued email communication without fail! It was explained From the beginning that the process was going to take a while but they don't charge money upfront. They have low fees... and I actually saved money off future maintenance fees. I highly recommend them!

I had the pleasure of working with Mike while trying to get me out of a timeshare I thought I was already out of. About 10 years I had signed on the dotted line for a timeshare, employed one of the so-called timeshare cancellation companies and was told about a year later I was out of my timeshare. F...ast forward to 2021, I began getting letters and threats - clearly I was still in this contract. I looked for another company and this law firm came up. I called and asked many many questions as I didn’t want to throw away anymore money. I had spoken to both Mike and the attorney who assured me that no money is due until the firm is successful. That’s a no brainer. I signed the retainer agreement and the firm immediately began working on my case. Not even a year later I was told I was out of the timeshare contract and provided proof (1099-c). The turn around times is great, the staff automatically send you monthly updates, you don’t have to pay upfront, if they are unsuccessful you don’t owe anything, and when successful you can pay at once or set up a payment plan for the extremely reasonable fee they charge. I highly recommend! Just wish I would have found them 10 years ago

The Law Offices of Kenneth H Dramer PC did an outstanding job of getting our Hilton Grand Vacation timeshare canceled. There were plenty of offers to "try" and get it canceled from other outfits. Those outfits also wanted a substantial fee upfront with NO guarantee. The Law Offices of Kenneth H Dr...amer PC had no charge until we were canceled and the fee was smaller than the upfront competition.

I’m not much of a review person but I had an awesome experience working with this firm to get out of my timeshare. I was a big skeptic with these companies after doing the research and wondered if I’d ever find anyone to help. A lot of companies seemed shady and after researching them the reviews we...ren’t good at all. I found this firm on Google and the no money up front made me curious to want to learn more. Before doing anything, I contacted the company for more information. Even after contacting them I was still skeptical but was willing to give them a try since I didn’t have to pay upfront. I researched them and saw the five star BBB rating which made me even more curious. A complete five star rating is unheard of. From the beginning communication was awesome and on point. They told me it would take on average 6-9 months to get out of my timeshare but it could take up to two years. They explained they aren’t successful with them all but they do have a very high success rate. If they weren’t successful, I would owe nothing. My only complaint with them is that it took a little over a month to get rid of my timeshare. It was a lot quicker than I had expected and I had already paid my maintenance fees. No biggie though I am free and clear and overall extremely satisfied with the firm , the service, and the communication. And their pricing was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.
