⭐ 1 Star Update 3: In my opinion, after leaving a critical review, I was contacted by a representative who disputed my account. When I shared my concerns, I felt the exchange was unproductive. In my opinion, I stand by my experience as I lived it. Update 2: In my opinion, services were not verbal...ly explained upfront, and I did not feel I received confirmation that a power of attorney was sent to my creditor as I believed was discussed. Despite what I felt were multiple good-faith attempts to submit payment using their requested methods, I was unsuccessful. I later received a legal demand letter for $5,100. Update 1: In my opinion, the primary service I received was being advised to save money in an account. After signing their agreement, I personally felt the fine print included an unexpected cancellation fee — $5,100 in my case. After being unable to complete payment through their process, I received a legal demand for that amount. In my opinion, I did not feel the services justified this cost. In my opinion, I would encourage anyone considering this company to carefully read the full agreement before signing, particularly the cancellation terms.

My wife and I were completely bamboozled by a salesman in a Marriot resort located in Orlando Florida. He used religion and family to completely convince us this purchase was not a timeshare. Oh how wrong we were. We purchased his sales package only to find out 1 month later that it was a con job. We... contacted the this law firm out of desperation, and let me tell you this decision was one of the best decisions we could have ever made. Not only did they save us from a world of debt but they also did it in a fashion with effortless ease. They always maintained updates and kept us in the loop. They also gave us a sense of confidence in their results. If I can suggest anyone going through the same experience we had. Please do not hesitate to choose this law firm to represent you. They are absolutely fantastic!!!

They did a great job with releasing me from my obligations of my timeshare. From the start they explained the process and continued email communication without fail! It was explained From the beginning that the process was going to take a while but they don't charge money upfront. They have low fees... and I actually saved money off future maintenance fees. I highly recommend them!

I’m not much of a review person but I had an awesome experience working with this firm to get out of my timeshare. I was a big skeptic with these companies after doing the research and wondered if I’d ever find anyone to help. A lot of companies seemed shady and after researching them the reviews we...ren’t good at all. I found this firm on Google and the no money up front made me curious to want to learn more. Before doing anything, I contacted the company for more information. Even after contacting them I was still skeptical but was willing to give them a try since I didn’t have to pay upfront. I researched them and saw the five star BBB rating which made me even more curious. A complete five star rating is unheard of. From the beginning communication was awesome and on point. They told me it would take on average 6-9 months to get out of my timeshare but it could take up to two years. They explained they aren’t successful with them all but they do have a very high success rate. If they weren’t successful, I would owe nothing. My only complaint with them is that it took a little over a month to get rid of my timeshare. It was a lot quicker than I had expected and I had already paid my maintenance fees. No biggie though I am free and clear and overall extremely satisfied with the firm , the service, and the communication. And their pricing was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.
