Like a lot of people, we found ourselves making a foolish decision and getting involved with timeshare. Three years after and with all costs paid upfront we realized that the ‘maintenance fees’ for timeshare continues to increase annually. By the time we would have retired from paying these fees, She...raton would have already installed a dozen new properties, thanks to us. Severing from Sheraton Vistana took two, long grueling years. We had a timeshare we never used and was not available when we had time. We tried to sell but no takers. We decided to find someone who could help us. After checking several companies, we finally found Dramer Law with a flat fee of $1,950. Michael Sininsky was our initial contact. We listened to his ...inside knowledge of the industry. He offered timelines and pros and cons of possible actions. One option was a Deed in lieu of foreclosure. We reviewed Dramer Law on the BBB, Avvo, Yelp and Trustpilot. All reviews were positive. The only down side for us was their payment method. We were not comfortable with the ACH or e-check payment option. The credit card option came with additional processing charges. We hired Dramer Law in May of 2020 and 6 months later we received notice of cancellation terms, a deed in lieu of foreclosure and a negotiated $820.20 payment of current maintenance fees. That added a bit to the price, but we were willing to pay so hat this would be eliminated from us and our kids moving forward. Dramer Law did a great job keeping us informed monthly through the process and working with us on the final payments. Cannot thank Michael, Vanessa and the rest of the company enough with helping us through this. We would highly recommend them. 

Mr. Sininsky did a GREAT JOB with this entire cancellation process. He explained and answered any questions I may have had thoroughly. This process did not take nearly as long as I would expected, my time share was canceled within a months time. There flat rate price was affordable and they saved me ...a lot of money.
