Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Robert represented c-suite executives, entrepreneurs, public officials, businesses, and individuals in sensitive federal and state investigations, and prosecutions involving healthcare fraud and compliance, securities fraud, political corruption, and other serious charges. Earlier in his career, Robert founded and helped lead a public relations firm specializing in digital crisis response and reputation management. This experience continues to inform his ability to counsel clients facing parallel legal and reputational threats.

He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2018 and graduated cum laude from the University at Albany.

Robert is admitted to practice in all state courts in the state of New York as well as the U.S. District Courts for the following federal United States District Courts:

1. United States District Court for the Southern District of New York; and

2. United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
