Morse Geller

I was very impressed with Morse Geller's court room presence. He was very knowledgable about the law involving my case. He has a unique calmness when dealing with you. After Morse reviewed my case, he explained the law in full to me and how my case faired in regards to the law. He was prompt in an...swering my emails and phone calls. I feel lucky that a good lawyer friend recommended him to me. He did not give up any grounds during my case and was able to obtain an excellent result. During the middle of my first case with him, another issue came up and he was able to help me out in that situation as well. I found his rates to be very affordable and felt that he was priced right. I am giving him a high recommendation to anyone that needs a great lawyer at an affordable price.

I have to say first that I read a few negative and insulting reviews here and I cannot understand how they are talking about the Morse Geller I hired? Without getting into detail I had a serious debt problem. I chose him from the internet mostly because I needed quick advise and I did not know anyone... in my direct area. I have to say he responded quickly and was very knowledgeable about my situation!! He explained to me in detail what could happen. I accepted his fee and the course of action he was going to take. The fee was very reasonable and the best part is he did an OUTSTANDING job to reduce my debt. I would recommend him to anyone and certainly retain him again if needed. As for some of the insulting comments about him here, I believe they should be removed immediately since they can't be true and supposedly not allowed on this site.

He has also helped me negotiate a number of contracts for my firm. His advice is always very much appreciated. Mr. Geller is responsi...ve to our needs and always returns calls promptly. I very much appreciate his diplomacy in dealing with my customers and prospects and his fees are always fair. Morse Geller has a very solid grasp of the law and takes time to explain it to me in an understandable and practical way. This is an attorney you want on your side.

Please do your homework before hiring someone like Morse Geller to represent you. I hired him after consulting a lawyer referral site. I thought he would be best because he was located close to the case and specifically said he had prior experience with the law firm I was dealing with at the time. ... I agreed to retain him, however due to the holiday I did not send the payment right away but he sent me multiple emails about payment. (should have been a red flag) I sent him the documents pertaining to the case (specifically what stage the case was in) Once he was paid it took me almost a month to get that same friendly lawyer on the phone. He informed me he was working on the case so I accepted that. In the months to follow I hardly got him on the phone but would send multiple emails before I got a response always that he was working on the case and would update me once there was some news or something was missing. Fast forward 3 months after he was paid I received a letter in the mail that the Sherriff office had received a notice to execute a judgment against me. When I finally got Morse on the phone his exact words were "Oh Sh*% he sent out some papers for me to sign and send back. A week later I received word from him that the requested motion was denied. We discussed why the motion was denied {The wrong papers were filed} (Mr. Geller was fully briefed about the case all the docs were sent to him. I also learned he requested docs from the law firm representing the plaintive) Mr. Geller also did not file a motion with the courts indicating he was my attorney until he filed the answer with the courts some 3 months after he was hired and paid. Mr. Geller was aware of all the facts in the case, when he indicated he was working on the case he was not. In short his negligence in filing the papers I retained him to file in a timely matter has cost me dearly. Thanks for nothing

I initially hired Morse Geller on recommendation from a previous satisfied client of his and have now down so on many occasions and for multiple business dealings. I found him to be available at all hours, aggressive, knowledgeable, and fair. He always explained the law to me in layman's terms a...nd fought for my interests. I found his fees to be extremely reasonable and I would wholeheartedly recommend his services.
