Jerome Cappellani - Great Real Estate Attorney!
I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Cappellani for 15 years. I was president of a Co Op Board in Forest Hills. Mr. Cappellani is very fair and very successful in winning the non-payment cases and evictions that took place in our 368 unit building. I recommend him highly!

Mr. Cappellani is the worst attorney I have ever dealt with in my life. I used him in a landlord/tenant case and I am thoroughly disappointed with his performance.
