Jerry provided excellent service. I had a problem with a tenant that missed a payment. Jerry spent some time with me to explain the process in detail before we proceeded. After being served with a demand letter the tenant paid. Jerry's office followed up for many months to make sure the tenant was p...aying before they closed the file. This is the third time I used Jerry and I would highly recommend him.

Mr. Cappellani is the worst attorney I have ever dealt with in my life. I used him in a landlord/tenant case and I am thoroughly disappointed with his performance. He lied to me about communication with the defense, he was irresponsible, unknowledgeable, and never kept me abreast of the case. He neve...r returned any of my phone calls and I am disgusted.
