Yana is a straight shooter and tells it like it is. She walks you through the process and guides you. She is strong and well respected. Well I was a a former client and she is very horrible. She told me my mother and sister didn’t need to testify on behalf (a form of dehumanization) and they came to court every day (my 80 year old mother at the time) as character witnesses She didn’t object in court when I was being cross examine ...and I found out later on when I was sentenced that when you object in court it holds a specific time and place when/where to appeal could go back and forth review on appeal I couldn’t bring evidence into court.
