Melissa Studin Young is an amazing attorney. She is tenacious, organized, honest and always thinks outside the box. I had a very tough case where the father of my children resorted to all forms of lying and cheating the system in order to avoid paying any child support. He was adamant about making ...my children and I suffer. When I came in for a consult, Melissa didn't try to sugarcoat anything. She told me what my chances were, she gave me perspective on what I am dealing with, the obstacles we might face and the variety of things that can happen throughout the case. She was extremely informative and honest each step of the way. Although the outcome looked grim, she fought! She fought hard! She used every possible opportunity to help the judge see exactly what was going on here, and she did it with grace! She didn't have to be rude, or harsh, or resort to bad mouthing my ex, etc.. The other side used lies and arrogance to try to intimidate us, and it would have worked with an unprepared and/or inexperienced attorney; but not Melissa!
