Could've done it myself

I received an 8-point violation that the courts, on two separate occasion, offered me 6 for. I'd asked them if hiring a lawyer might help me reduce it, further, so I made a call based on their recommendation. I ended up getting Matt and hired him to work down the violation. I told him several time...s the courts offered me 6 points. Initially, I'd been under the impression that this was my first violation, as I'd received a no-points for a previous traffic ticket. Matt explained at our first meeting that this was not the case, yet INSISTED, "Yeah, yeah. No doubt. I won't let them hold that against you," and that he could work my ticket down to, at most, four points. So, trusting this declaration, I paid him. Two months went by and I checked in weekly with Matt. I became concerned, as time went on, that my case was being left by the wayside (the pre-trial conference was in March and it was approaching May). Lo and behold, I received a call from Matt one day claiming that he got me 6 points, the exact amount the courts offered me. What further irritated me is that Matt claimed I never told him about my previous traffic ticket, despite having told him at least twice at our first meeting. Maybe he was busy and my case was low-priority, who knows? Matt clearly knows plenty about traffic law, and I'm sure he's helped plenty of people in the past, based on the reviews I've read for him. However, his attention to detail comes off as slip-shod and unprofessional. In the end, this was a valuable lesson - I've severely adjusted my driving habits to avoid the necessity for scam artists to handle my tickets.

Happy with outcome

While in NY ona business trip I obtained a traffic ticket which Matt helped with. I called others and he was a the only one that replied quickly and made me feel like it was going to be handled. I am more than happy with the outcome.

Very helpful and understanding!

I contacted Matt in regards to a speeding ticket I had gotten (81 in a 55).. I was concerned because it was my first speeding ticket and I don't have the best driving history. Matt explained everything that was on my driving abstract and went over what all my options were in regards to resolving thi...s matter. He was very helpful, accessible and diligent in resolving everything. Matt kept in touch with me every step of the process and he got it reduced to a much lesser charge. Would recommend him 100%. Thank you for all your help Matt!

GREAT

Matt has always done a great job for me, i was facing at least 12 points or more with mutiple priors on my record and got it reduced to more then half the points taken away even with my past keeping my license. Would recommend him, used him every time and never let me down.

Very satisfied.

I was very happy with the resolution to my matter involving a traffic ticket. I would have been in some hot water considering I have a class A license but thankfully Matt was able to take care of it for me. Highly recommended.
