Marc represented me in a matrimonial case. My ex came without an attorney. We made an agreement. The case was with the state already. Marc drew up a contract to pay my ex thousands of dollars directly and the judge accepted it. Monies paid directly to an ex instead of the state are not considered by ...the state. He did not either think of that or he did not knowthat. Either way, I am out close to 8 thousand dollars because of his representation or as the case me be, lack of. He may be OK regarding other areas of the law, however he failed me horribly in a matrimonial case.
