Marc Ialenti proved to be knowledgeable, compassionate and extremely reliable. Marc was always available to take calls and visits. He constantly kept me informed and he sent out all documents in a timely and efficient manner. All of my engagements with him were sincere, comforting and most import...antly to the point. Marc’s staff was always so welcoming and warm. He represented me in a complicated child support case and was able to come to an agreement and avoid going to trial. The difference between Marc and other lawyers is that he listens to you, talks to you, makes you feel comfortable, highly experienced and always has your best interests at heart. He is extremely fair and he is not trying to empty your pockets and keep the case going. Marc is well educated and has many years of experience and it shows. I had great success with Marc Ialenti and I would highly recommend him on all matters.

My mother aquired the service of Marc lalenti for a divorce and distribution of property. Marc lalenti botch the divorce it had NO distribution of property, no 401K and pension, and my mother still continue to pay bills my father took out on the home. Let me tell you my father never showed up to c...ourt and got every thing he wanted. On the divorce it state that my mother does not want nothing in the present or future. Yes Marc does not return phone calls and sends people that know nothing about the case to represent her. In April 2013 we obtained his service. We had to let him go before the divorce became final after 3 years of doing nothing. We reported him to the fee distribution and they gave us some of my mother money back. Now we got a Misconduct case going. I wish I could print every thing Marc have done to my mother! I really should take this case to the news reporters. Stay away from this guy. At this point I would have to agree with the first 3 reviews. I hired Marc 5 months ago and am having the same experience as stated in those reviews. He never returns a phone call, does not get the case to move forward, does not let you know what's going on with your case, seems to be more concerned ...with the rights of my husband than mine. In 5 months of working on my case he has no correspondence to show me between him and the opposing atty. He absolutely and positively will leave you hanging shortly after you give him a retainer. My husband has stopped paying his court ordered support as he had been in the past and Marc has done nothing about it even though he is aware of it. I have not heard from Marc in 3 months and he has not returned my calls. He has had his secretary call me though to tell me when a court date is. I am unable to attend my own court appearances because my husband sends no money for gasoline for my car and this atty allows it. I'm also stuck with him as is another reviewer.
