Marc Joseph Ialenti

Marc has handled all of my court cases since i was a kid. I could not speak higher as far as how informative and how well he has handled all of my court proceedings from criminal to civil it doesn't get better. Has always done phenomenal by me including getting a ticket handled and dismissed that i h...ad forgotten about and forgot to show in court for. Again couldn't speak higher of or recommend more.

Stay away unless you want to waste money while your divorce case goes in circles. Marc is unprofessional and has more than once lost his temper at the table. Mathematical calculations for asset allocation are filled with sloppy errors . Rather than conducting due diligence, he continues to waste time... on case (while billing hours and increasing tensions) with bogus unsubstantiated claims.

I had met with several attorneys, and was working with a mediator when a good friend highly recommended I meet Marc Ialenti. Upon my first meeting with Marc I immediately felt at ease. His calm demeanor and reassuring manner was unlike the others I had met with who made me feel like just another di...vorce case, just another paycheck. Marc outlined the steps in the process of my divorce, what I should expect both good and bad so there were no surprises. He was clear in his language and knowledgeable. Most importantly I trusted him, and I was right to do so, his calmness was certainly not a sign of weakness and he successfully fought for my best interests. I have since recommended Marc to many friends for both divorce and criminal cases and personally I still reach out to him when in need of additional help or advice which he gladly responds to.
