A decent man, but very much overrated
It is very difficult to get in touch with Mark; you literally have to ambush him in his office. As another poster said, he does overbook, and so no matter how many times you leave messages with his secretaries, he does not respond ( I have found only one of his three secretaries to be consistently po...
