When I was handed divorce papers.. just like you i did not know what direction to go.. After consulting with a few attorneys before hand.. I started to realize the same behaviors from all of them.. They hook you they line you and then they really do try to sink you.. all greedy and just fake.. It’s l...ike they all spoke to each other and gave out the same line of BS.. Then I meet with mark.. Instantly you can get that real vibe of geniality of not only a 30+ year attorney but also a human being.. Not some greedy money hungry robot... Having 2 young children a house to sell and a ex wife who wanted everything.. We were all done and signed with in 7 months... Not a penny from any of my retirement funds was touched!!! Some things you may not want to hear and especially going threw a divorce but they say the truth hurts sometimes and Marc will not blind side you.. He will always get rite to the point and tell you The facts & the truth of all situations and that is very important I realized threw my process it was a give and take but I took a lot more then I had to give due to his professionalism honesty and experience.. I am so pleased with the outcome of divorce that I was not expecting.. That I have hired him a second time immediately after to further more serious situations that have occurred and all I have to say is that every time he goes to that stand on my behalf of representing me Marc spits fire out of his mouth and burns the walls downs of that court room and always has the other attorney stumbling for words on who I’m against in that room.. Like anything else in life if you do your part and make your facts cut dry simple and you come preparad to him with all your proof and documents Im telling you now this man will protect your well being And best interests in your life hands down... In the beginning I would call him constantly and as time went on I realized something.. the times he did call back was the times that he knew when there was something there that needed to be addressed and was serious and could reflect a positive or a negative in the case... When it came down to what I have learned threw him with my own case of what was petty and what was really not something that would be entertained in a case I can fully understand his communication and it is better then having my time waisted or money burnt cause those other attorneys I saw in beginning well they would of burnt a hole in my wallet answering every call on those not so important questions or fears.. When it’s your time with him it’s your time and your best interest is his main concern. Let him lead the way..

At this point I would have to agree with the first 3 reviews. I hired Marc 5 months ago and am having the same experience as stated in those reviews. He never returns a phone call, does not get the case to move forward, does not let you know what's going on with your case, seems to be more concerned ...with the rights of my husband than mine. In 5 months of working on my case he has no correspondence to show me between him and the opposing atty. He absolutely and positively will leave you hanging shortly after you give him a retainer. My husband has stopped paying his court ordered support as he had been in the past and Marc has done nothing about it even though he is aware of it. I have not heard from Marc in 3 months and he has not returned my calls. He has had his secretary call me though to tell me when a court date is. I am unable to attend my own court appearances because my husband sends no money for gasoline for my car and this atty allows it. I'm also stuck with him as is another reviewer.

Mr Ialenti seems to know what he is talking about However, Marc has never asked for any maintenance for me I had to go on wefare since Marc NEVER asked for money for me. Our children are grown so there is no child support, My EX-Husband had sold my cars switched his business to different names Marc N...EVER mentioned any of that at court or in conference HE NEVER asked for my exhusband to be held in contempt for breaking the divorce papers. Marc NEVER called me back and the worst part is my EX HUSBAND said its easy to pocket people when you have MONEY then told me GOOD LUCK , I would hate to believe this HOWEVER you can form your own opinion That was mine. MARC spent too much time telling me he has to ask the other lawyer GREAT you think TOO BAD HE WAS NOT AGGRESSIVE ENOUGH AND DID NOT TELL THE OTHER LAWYER WHAT I WANT ONLY KEPT ASKING QUESTIONS??WHEN HE SHOULD OF BEEN MAKING A STATEMENTS !!
