The day I was recommend by a friend to meet up with my lawyer Marc IaIenti, I was truly blessed to have such a professional and excellent lawyer on my child support case. Not only achieving all that was owned to me, but also that was taken from me through out the years. It was a pleasure working with... him and he his highly recommended.

At this point I would have to agree with the first 3 reviews. I hired Marc 5 months ago and am having the same experience as stated in those reviews. He never returns a phone call, does not get the case to move forward, does not let you know what's going on with your case, seems to be more concerned ...with the rights of my husband than mine. In 5 months of working on my case he has no correspondence to show me between him and the opposing atty. He absolutely and positively will leave you hanging shortly after you give him a retainer. My husband has stopped paying his court ordered support as he had been in the past and Marc has done nothing about it even though he is aware of it. I have not heard from Marc in 3 months and he has not returned my calls. He has had his secretary call me though to tell me when a court date is. I am unable to attend my own court appearances because my husband sends no money for gasoline for my car and this atty allows it. I'm also stuck with him as is another reviewer.
