His gusto was refreshing, as other Long Island lawyers were unwilling to take our fight, that New York could not modify an out-of-state child support order. Long story short, Howard dug his heels in and we won the case, and he did it with a style that made every other New York attorney we worked with over the preceding three years look like garbage. I know if Howard had been our lawyer for our custody case, we would have custody of my step-daughter.
