Howard was not only my lawyer but he was like my big brother protecting me in my case. My case was drawn out for almost four years and Howard was there to guide me through the whole process. Even though my case was finished over a year ago, I still speak to him regarding issues that arise. He always ...had my back during difficult times. He cares about his clients as well as their kids. He knows the laws inside out and is extremely knowledgeable In The intricacies of the law. One time when we went in front of the judge to discuss an issue, the judge was going to agree with the other side and Howard told the judge what the law was, citing the law and examples of it. The judge told us that she doesn’t have to look the law up because she said, “I know that Howard knows the law cold and I don’t have to look into it.” and we won the argument. I was amazed with what the judge said and he is known to articulate complex law matters into simple layman terms. He has respect from the judges as well as the other attorneys. My ex took me to Beth Din( Jewish Court) when she realized she wouldn’t win in regular court. I asked Howard to represent me because I knew he would do an amazing job. The Beth Din that she took me too is known to favor the woman so I knew it was going to be a long day. My wife hired a special lawyer whose specialty is dealing with Jewish Court. She had won many cases over the years and actually worked with the judges. Yes, you read that right. She knew the Three judges in the case and had worked for one of them. Howard presented the case in front of the 3 Judges who were experts in Jewish law. He presented the case articulately and with vigor striking down anything the other party said. The Judges were very impressed with him. It took over six hours to discuss the case with the judges. A couple of weeks later I got an email confirming that we had won the case. Howard is not only a great lawyer, he is also a great person. Don’t bother to use anyone else!

I retained Howard when my children were 4 months old. It was the most stressful time of my life. From the beginning he didn't lie to me, he didn't tell me what he thought I 'wanted' to hear, he told me what to expect as an outcome. He was realistic. He treated me like a normal person, not like I ...was just someone who was paying him to do a service. I have heard many people complain that their attorney didn't respond to them in a timely manner or call them back. Howard always called back, and he didn't block his number. I had to retain him a second time, six years later, to fight for child support and arrears. Nothing was different, except that I felt like I'd know him too long. But kidding aside. We won that case. What makes Howard different from other attorneys. He's honest, even if its not exactly what you want to hear. He's actually calming when you are in a stressful situation. He's funny, which doesn't seem like a big deal, but when you are stressed out sitting in a court room, wanting to cry, it actually helps. But most of all, he is incredibly smart and knows the law.
