Great and most honest attorney out there!! I hired Howard Leff after I found out and filed with Bar Association against my first lawyer for fraudulent charges. (that's a different post). Needless to say, I was very hesitant and skeptical in hiring another attorney until I found Howard Leff. Howa...rd did all the leg work that the other lawyer never did but charged me for it. I went through a tough time in my divorce but Howard guided me and supported me through the entire time. The time when I really grew respect and trust for Howard was when my youngest daughter had to go in for surgery. (thank god nothing serious and she was fine) My ex and I sat down in this crucial time and decided to come up with a settlement and present it to our lawyers. The first thing that Howard did mention is that I am giving my ex an amazing deal but if we go to court I will DEFINITELY get you a better deal! The RESPECT and TRUST came to me when I really didn't know what to do.......He pulled me aside and said to me..... "Joe, it's a great deal but if we go to court it's going to cost you about $30,000 that you'll have to pay me or with the deal you guys came up with..... over the years the cost will be about the same. But, the money will be going to your kids and not me." Now totally confused and really not knowing what to do..... Then he said to me....."if you were my son, I would do the deal you guys worked out. At least you know the money is effectively filtering down to your kids in some way!" At that moment, I knew that Howard was sincere and honest! Not just looking to just take me to the bank and run! If I had to go through a divorce again, which i'm not going to, I would absolutely hire Howard again. If I had to, in 3 words, describe Howard, those words would be: HONEST, SINCERE & TRUSTWORTHY!!

The services I received from Howard Leff were incredible. All issues were handled in a professional and timely manner. I always felt that Howard was fully invested in my case. From the beginning, Howard recognized my ex-husband's personality disorder, one who was extremely manipulative, aggress...ive and a compulsive liar. He was able to strategize however, and clearly use it to his advantage. This was evident during the trial. Simply put, Howard Leff is a man of integrity, commitment results.

Than sued with Howard and won custody of my infant son . We went home shortly thereafter to our new home and new beginning. Even after case closed Howard was still there if I had important questions. My case was a legal challenge that Howard handled effortlessly always professional always ethical and always knowledgeable of the law. He loves a challenge especially. Advocates for law changes where he can. Also when possible always try's to settle out of court first try to save his clients money. I have referred him 2 clients to date and always will mention his name if occasion rises in the future. In my opinion he is the best Matrimonial and Family law attorney.
