Top Notch

My case was a most difficult case to handle and every did not go well. I can't blame him for that. He did everything in his power to lead me in the right direction I don't know what I would have done without him. Any other lawyer would have quit my case but he never gave up trying to help me. E...ven today he's still trying to help me and he's not my lawyer anymore. I have and received advice from him even though he could not represent me anymore. I recommend him highly. Yes, he's worth the extra money you must pay to retain him.

Review of Charles McEvily, lawyer for my collaborative divorce

Mr. McEvily is an outstanding lawyer for the collaborative divorce process. He knew exactly how to keep the process moving forward, which limited potential road blocks. He is knowledgeable and fair; thinks quickly on his feet; and leaves no stone unturned. Mr. McEvily had my best interest in mind ...and he navigated the process easily. His guidance was comforting and I am pleased with my outcome. Additionally, his administrative assistant was pleasant and helpful, just making the whole process easier to deal with. I had a great experience for a very difficult process.

Charles McEvily review

Mr. McEvily was a blessing to have. His knowledge of the law and his vast experience with matters of divorce and child custody guided me through an extremely tough time. His honesty, directness and "no nonsense" attitude was the best approach to not only keep me focused on what is best for the kids, ...but helped remove as much of the anger and animosity that breeds in these conflicts. The priorities, practicalities and fairness of resolution were always at the forefront of the conversations between us. I highly recommend Mr. McEvily

Review of Charles McEvily, mediator for divorce settlement

Mr. McEvily was extremely helpful in the mediation of a reasonable settlement agreement between my husband and I. He was scrupulously fair, ensuring both parties were made aware of all pertinent issues and careful to sure that we both understood the implications of all decisions we were making. In ...addition, Chuck was pleasant, capable of diffusing tense moments and able to re-focus attention on substantive matters when emotions and anger threatened to derail the mediation/negotiation process. I recommend Mr. McEvily highly, without reservation and wholeheartedly believe that the settlement agreement arrived at with his assistance spared my husband and I tens of thousands of dollars had we gone the litigation route.
