Great Lawyer

I just concluded my case with Mr. Lafaurie. It was a long battle, but I'm glad that I had him as my attorney the entire time. In my business as a broker, I know the ins and outs, the fundamentals as well as the advance subject matter or techniques in my business. However, when I was arrested by my ...company (which will remain nameless) for filing fraudulent client vouchers, I had no understanding of the criminal justice system. It felt like people, police and even judges were accusing me of things based on unreliable BS. Once I scheduled a meeting with a half dozen criminal defense lawyers, I quickly learned the Mr. Lafaurie was the best in his field. He was the only attorney that advised me to testify in the grand jury and he spent 2 days preparing me and advising me on a subject matter that was foreign to me. When you find yourself in my situation, you will 100% need someone like this attorney. He made it look easy. Great job, I owe you much more than what I paid you for.

Brooklyns Best Lawyer

My wife dedicated 11 years to Chase Bank and because an audit showed money missing the Bank manager decided to target my wife to save herself and her employment. instead of telling the truth about my wife the mgr. told the investigators a lie about something my wife told her in confidence. An arres...t was made for a C felony. My family had no choice but to take out a loan to hire Mr. LaFaurie, I thank God that we did that!!! Now we are sueing Chase, the bank manager and the NYPD for all they have put us through. The case against her was manufactured! Mr. LaFaurie took the time but more importantly he understood how they think and he saw the gapping problems with there NONSENSE. Mr. Lafaurie is rather cold, rather no nonsense, rather direct BUT i would prefer him over someone who sugarcoats a situation just to get paid. My only concern was that he was expensive but he told us the whole price up front--no surprises. WE WILL ALWAYS USE HIM IN THE FUTURE.

The Public is not aware that Banks like many businesses try and pin all of their loses on the individual "holding the hot potato'. That means that if you in fact stole $100 from an establishment it is possible that they will claim that over a year span you were responsible for stealing $75,000.00. I have witness this same phenomenon on several cases. This is a way to get credit from the insurance company and claim that the problem has been addressed. In the above case I was able to demonstrate to the DA that the bank was using this unethical practice. Thank you for taking the time out and doing the review.

Great Lawyer

I was looking for a lawyer to represent my son in a criminal case. I searched the web for a good lawyer and finally decided to go with Mr. Lafaurie after reading on cases which he had defended successfully. I liked the fact that you can call Mr. Lafaurie at any time and he would respond or return yo...ur call right away. He was very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with him. I would recommend him at any time. He's a good lawyer who cares about his clients.
