Biography
As a former New York Assistant District Attorney and ARMY JAG Officer. My practice is devoted exclusively to defending individuals accused of criminal offenses and businesses being harrassed by creditors who have issued high interest loans. I have handled complex cases and tried dozens to verdict. I take my courtroom expereince and use it to the benefit of all my clients.
When it is time to fight I do not back down and my advesaries know it. I have been recognized nationally as a legal commentator and my litigation practice is national as well. I thrive on representing the underdog, whether that is a small business needing protection from the strong arm of a aggressive creditor, or the government encroaching on the basic constitutional rights of an accused individual.
