So in all my years I have NEVER in my life EVER felt compelled to write a review on anyone, or anything negative or positive. This man has truly been a God send. Going through a divorce is life changing, and when I had been put in the situation in 2010 I didn't know where to turn… Emotionally a... wreck, my first attorney was a recommendation of a friend. Not feeling comfortable I turned to a second attorney, also a recommendation of a friend. Both experiences were awful. I finally decided to make my own choices and decisions based on my own research. I dedicated three months to researching the best attorneys everywhere. From manhattan to long island. I read every review on every attorney, and made appointment after appointment ready to start my search. Mario DeRossi was the last attorney that I found while researching and the first among many appointments I had scheduled. I went to see him, and as he intently listened to my story… I could tell you that for the very first time in three years I was told "the truth" … not what I necessarily wanted to hear as a person going through a divorce, but what I NEEDED to hear as a person going through a divorce. Mario is knowledgable, confident, honorable, honest, a true man of character and integrity, respectful, kind, and aggressive all wrapped up in one. Characters traits that one looks for in a human being and are hard to find… are virtually impossible to find in an attorney... you WILL find in this man. As soon as I left his office after my consultation I knew he was the one that would see me through to the end of what was a grueling and ugly five year divorce. ( So long bc my ex husband had disappeared for so many years ) Although I knew Mario was the one attorney, I continued to go on my appointments. Attorney after attorney, after attorney, it was a nightmare… although at the same time a total consolation to me that Mario was the one. So our journey began. He is not only an amazing attorney, but an amazing man, all in which carries over in to his work ethic and his practice. He saw me through to the very end. Mario ALWAYS responded in a timely manner, and NEVER once left me questioning ANYTHING. He would repeat and explain things to me until He knew and was confident that I completely understood and was comfortable with what he was conveying to me. I promise you, traits you will NEVER find in another attorney. Truly there are not enough favorable, beneficial, and gratifying words I can say about this man.
