George A. Terezakis

I would sincerely like to extend my appreciation and gratitude to Mr. George Terezakis and his entire staff. I was arrested for a serious crime, which resulted in being detained by Immigration after completing an eight-month sentence. Although, I was a legal resident for almost 30 years with all ...of my family living in the U.S. including my children, parents and siblings, I never became a U.S Citizen. After completing a sentence, it was extremely stressful to be detained with the risk of being removed from the U.S. from my family, friends and the life that I worked so hard to build since coming to this country. He and his staff guided my family and I through the stressful removal proceedings. They were always available for our numerous calls and emails. He was always honest about the timeline of the case and guided us through next steps. Mr. Terezakis was thoroughly prepared for hearings and ultimately won my trial! His preparedness was even mentioned during the trial by the Judge as she stated it allowed for the trial to move quickly and efficiently. I truly appreciate him taking the time to visit me while in jail to discuss details of the case and to ensure that I was prepared for trial. I was nervous, scared and afraid and Mr. Terezakis eased my worries. I currently reside in the U.S. thanks to the hard work of Mr. Terezakis and his team. He is very knowledgeable about Immigration Law and I highly recommend him to those that are dealing with a difficult deportation case. I was given another chance to return to my children, family and friends and all thanks to the hard work of Mr. Terezakis and his staff. I had been an upstanding, productive permanent resident of the United States for over 35 years. A few years ago, I had been charged with two criminal convictions. Although I had successfully complied with all the rules of the court, and had no more violations, I was detained at the airport, returnin...g from a vacation, faced with deportation. It was around 2006 my husband and I were referred to the office of George Terezakis when we were desperately searching for an experienced and knowledgeable lawyer. We had been fighting Immigration since 2001 with other lawyers and we were very unsuccessful with them. As soon as we met Mr. Terezakis,... he was very honest of what could have maybe happen through our long and bumpy journey ahead. My husband and I decided to give him the opportunity to represent us. His fees are very reasonable and he tries his best to work with every budget. Through our heartaches, my husband was detained and taken away from me and our 3 yr old son at the time for 1 full yr. On two different occasions, they tried to deport my husband and Mr. Terezakis managed to pull him out of the plane on both occasions. Once again, it was pushed back without success. Mr. Terezakis took it back to the immigration judge and after all his hard, dedicated and loyal work, we finally won my husband's immigration case February 2015. I'm extremely humbly thankful for all of Mr. Terezakis' hard work and I would recommend him and his office without a doubt in my mind. He has successfully brought my husband home to freedom. My son can finally wake up everyday knowing that his dad is here and that he doesn't have to worry about immigration taking him away anymore. Thank you George for giving us our normal lives again.
