Mr Terezakis is the best immigration lawyer to have! My case was very complicated but he help me get my green card. I highly recommend him to everyone who needs to get his/her green card or citizenship. Everybody in the office are very friendly and they get back to you very quick. I hired him again t...o help me with my citizenship and I am 100% positive that I will become citizen because of Mr Terezakis help. I would sincerely like to extend my appreciation and gratitude to Mr. George Terezakis and his entire staff. I was arrested for a serious crime, which resulted in being detained by Immigration after completing an eight-month sentence. Although, I was a legal resident for almost 30 years with all ...of my family living in the U.S. including my children, parents and siblings, I never became a U.S Citizen. After completing a sentence, it was extremely stressful to be detained with the risk of being removed from the U.S. from my family, friends and the life that I worked so hard to build since coming to this country. He and his staff guided my family and I through the stressful removal proceedings. They were always available for our numerous calls and emails. He was always honest about the timeline of the case and guided us through next steps. Mr. Terezakis was thoroughly prepared for hearings and ultimately won my trial! His preparedness was even mentioned during the trial by the Judge as she stated it allowed for the trial to move quickly and efficiently. I truly appreciate him taking the time to visit me while in jail to discuss details of the case and to ensure that I was prepared for trial. I was nervous, scared and afraid and Mr. Terezakis eased my worries. I currently reside in the U.S. thanks to the hard work of Mr. Terezakis and his team. He is very knowledgeable about Immigration Law and I highly recommend him to those that are dealing with a difficult deportation case. My husband and I worked with George and his team throughout a 3 year criminal/immigration case. Throughout the entire time George and his team were extremely thorough and told us the expectations. It is with genuine pleasure that I recommend George Terezakis's office. I was referred to George's office by another lawyer while in ICE custody. My case was complicated, I had many serious criminal cases pending, had no legal status and the worst of all I am a single parent - with my incarceration ...I would lose my child's custody, my worst nightmare. My first contact with him was in the prison, I felt immediatly safe and confident for the first time after the imprisonment; he never gave me false hopes, he was extremely patient and caring. It took only one week to be released after having George in my case. During many months following my release from ICE custody, I still had to go through a long legal battle in the criminal, immigration and family courts. George and his legal team were always available, doing an amazing and meticulous job, working closely with my criminal defense attorneys to be certain that the criminal case outcome wouldn't hurt my immigration application. Not only I could have my USCIS application accepted and a Work Permit issued but also my deportation proceeding terminated.
