I have known George Terezakis for about 25 years. When a problem arose that required a criminal lawyer, he was the first one I though of to take care of it and he did an absolutely superb job in every way. George took the time to sit with me, listened to everything I said, wrote memos for the Jud...ge, intervened with the A.D.A., supervisor, and anyone else he thought of to try to settle the case. Ultimately the District Attorney would not settle the case and wanted me to plead guilty to the charge which I refused to do because I knew I was not guilty. Once the decision was made that we would go for trial, George did everything humanly, legally, and ethically possible to win the case, and it was a tough case. But thanks to George and only George I was found not guilty. I never had a moment's hesitation during the process which was long. He came to Court every time, the Judges, attorneys and District Attorneys knew him because his practice led him to that building regularly. I paid George for his services and he deserved every penny. His fees for what he did were fair and he never tried to increase the bill from his initial quote until trial, at which point he deserved extra money for unbelievable preparation and of course by winning. I must say that I believe the Judge (it was a bench trial, no jury) and the District Attorney wanted to find me guilty for a number of reasons, but by the time George finished the trial, handed in an updated memorandum in my favor, it was clear there would be no guilty verdict. George is a lawyer who zeros in on the problem. He knew exactly what to do and knows how to handle the case. His staff was lovely and either he or his staff always called back promptly. So thank you George, sometimes I honestly think you saved my life because I knew I was not guilty and regardless of what he thought he was an incredible advocate and never made any promises he couldn't keep. If you need a criminal lawyer, meet with him. You will be glad you did. I LOVE GEORGE TEREZAKIS!!!! (and I am married and so is he). He is a caring, very smart, very articulate counselor who deserves only the best in life. He does it his way within the confines of the law and ethics and I don't know if anyone else could have accomplished what he did.

I would sincerely like to extend my appreciation and gratitude to Mr. George Terezakis and his entire staff. I was arrested for a serious crime, which resulted in being detained by Immigration after completing an eight-month sentence. Although, I was a legal resident for almost 30 years with all ...of my family living in the U.S. including my children, parents and siblings, I never became a U.S Citizen. After completing a sentence, it was extremely stressful to be detained with the risk of being removed from the U.S. from my family, friends and the life that I worked so hard to build since coming to this country. He and his staff guided my family and I through the stressful removal proceedings. They were always available for our numerous calls and emails. He was always honest about the timeline of the case and guided us through next steps. Mr. Terezakis was thoroughly prepared for hearings and ultimately won my trial! His preparedness was even mentioned during the trial by the Judge as she stated it allowed for the trial to move quickly and efficiently. I truly appreciate him taking the time to visit me while in jail to discuss details of the case and to ensure that I was prepared for trial. I was nervous, scared and afraid and Mr. Terezakis eased my worries. I currently reside in the U.S. thanks to the hard work of Mr. Terezakis and his team. I had been an upstanding, productive permanent resident of the United States for over 35 years. A few years ago, I had been charged with two criminal convictions.
