We hired Mr. Terezakis in 2016 when my husband at the time boyfriend was arrested by ICE while on probation after being convicted of defrauding the US government (an aggravated federal conviction) in 2012. At the time of the criminal case arrest my husband had only been a resident for nearly 2 years ...which made his case so much harder, he didn’t qualify for any of the relief available to those who have been residents for over 5 years, there was no hope for him.
