About me

In addition to being elected Village Justice for the Historic Village of Roslyn last year, I have just been voted by my peers one of the Best Lawyers in America.  Further, I am excited about my new venture with my new law firm, WeitzPascale.  Our new firm is a state of the art litigation and trial practice.  While maintaining the personal touch found in our individual practices, Brian Pascale and I are moving forward together as a team focusing on positioning our clients for maximum recovery whether it be by suit, settlement or otherwise.  We have put together a great support staff and look forward to maximizing our clients' recoveries through traditional hard work and integrated technology.  Whether you've suffered a catastrophic injury in a fall at a construction site, have been injured in a car accident or a slip or trip and fall, or have suffered a serious injury as the result of medical malpractice, our firm is set up to move your case from intake to conclusion in a swift, efficient and friendly way with the best recovery possible.
