Fraudulent lawyer
He is extremely terrible and wicked. I hired him to file i130 for me, he lied that he had submitted my application but 6months later, I found out he did not file anything, this came up after I asked for a receipt of his filing. Do not hire him
Do not believe all this five stars reviews. They are all fake. Super unprofessional, I hired him for a hearing and he was late for several hours. When he came finally, he was unprepared and screwed up case. Always asked for more and more money. Regret to hire him.

Very Knowledgeable

Very bad attorney.
I have NO criminal record. He came to my first court unprepared, with NOTHING to show and my motion was full of inaccuracies and grammar errors. Next, he was asking for more money!! NEVER CALL HIM TO REPRESENT YOU...un less tou want to spend more time in the detention center.

Replied last October 26, 2017Juan, I am sorry that you were not satisfied with my representation. As you may recall, I advised both you and your wife that it was crucial that you file a petition with USCIS before the bond hearing. Against my advice, you insisted that you would do it on a future date and you hired me for the very limited purpose of securing a bond for your release. In my experience, Immigration judges generally do not grant bonds to detainees who have no relief pending. Thus, I am very proud of the fact that I was able to secure your release from Immigration jail. I hope you will hire an attorney to assist you through the remaining process, and I wish you the best of luck.
