Biography
I am a sole practitioner with offices in Queens and Long Island. I have been practicing law for 27 years with an emphasis on residential and commercial real estate transactions, representation of financial institutions and all aspects of complex civil and commercial litigation.
I have represented numerous real estate purchasers, sellers, investors, developers, builders and lenders in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate. My client's include first time home buyers as well as seasoned real estate veterans. I represent individuals, as well as multi-sized commercial entities including investment groups, developers, property managers, hotel owners, construction companies, health care institutions and hospitals, nursing homes, and medical facilities.
I also have extensive court room experience in civil litigation focusing on real estate and commercial contract disputes, health care law, employment matters, construction law and personal injury. I have litigated numerous multi-million dollar cases from commencement through appeal, representing real estate clients, commercial business owners, product manufacturers, social media outlets and health care professionals in all litigation matters.
