He asked for a retainer of $3000 upfront and did nothing except give me aggravation during such an upsetting time in someone's life. I constantly called him for about 8 months to just follow up if he had purchased an index number. He always kept blaming the process servers or others except himself. O...nce threatened to contact the New York County Law Associates, did he finally obtain an index number and have paperwork served on my ex. What a sloppy summons and complaint...corrections were done in pen and he obtained the index number and served paperwork this way. I decided to go with another attorney which did a great job but never got my money back from Gurskey, even after several phone calls and faxes. My plan was to sue him for my money back as he even promised my attorney in writing that he would reimburse whatever he did not use. I unfortunately never took any action and I never got any money back, which is something I regret.

This guy asked me $2500 to finalized my divorce and he didnt do anything. I have been 2 years and he still giving me the running around. I even told him I was going to report him to The Bar Assc and he didnt care. I called this guy weekly and nothing. Mr Gursky if you are reading this review you kno...w who am you stole from me you promised me a job that you didnt do , I want my money back so I can finish this business. Hopefully some one look at this review and investigate you to find how many people you have done the same thing.
