I came to Mark Anderson with a problem involving my old apartment. Con Edison kept charging me even after I moved out, and I couldn’t get them to fix it. Mark gave me a free consultation, which was already a big deal since most other lawyers wouldn’t even talk to me without charging. During that f...

Worse experience ever. Arrogant, Lies, No patients and Not enough experience in landlord tenant field. Not recommended. He wants to make a quick buck and settle quickly without you getting a fair case. Does what he wants and ignores clients outcome.
I am only seeing this review for the first time. I apologize for your bad experience. The unfortunate thing about this platform is that I have no idea who wrote this review. Therefore, I can only say that landlord tenant court is oftentimes a high stress environment for clients; serious decisions need to made. The hectic nature of the arena can also make an attorney seem uncaring, when, in reality, what we are attempting to do is get our client to make decisions that—while they may not understand it—will benefit them in the long run. I come from humble beginnings. I grew up in a small town in Minnesota and I had to work hard to get where I am. If I came off as arrogant, I’m sorry. I am anything but. I’m a family man that works hard every day to make money for my family and I relate very well to clients that are going through difficult circumstances. I wish I knew more details of your case, so I could address your concerns in more detail. Needless to say, I would be happy to discuss this matter with you further to make things right. I am not the person you describe. It’s just not me. Ask any colleagues (including opposing counsels) or existing clients. Come talk to me and allow me to make this right.

I found Mark while searching for an Attorney to handle a matter that other lawyers did not seem to grasp. Mark understood my issue and I was immediately comfortable with his approach. He always returned calls/emails and kept me in the loop through the entire process.

I had the fortunate experience of speaking with Mark. I was not even expecting him to respond in the manner he did. Without hesitation he provided me with information which would help my situation. He is patient, kind, showed interest in my situation and most importantly he listened to my concerns. ...
