Before he even asked my name and what I needed, he asked whether I have paid the $75 fee yet. Then provided NO service at all, other than to tell me that "I don't really deal much with this" and "maybe they aren't processing cases at all right now". I asked for my money back, at which point he offere...d to "look into my intake sheet". I instructed him not to, that I don't need his services (since I no longer trusted him to do anything for me), and that I just wanted my money back. He responded that the consultation fee was nonrefundable, that the fee was to "learn about my case" and that unfortunately he can't help everyone who has a consultation. I wonder exactly WHAT "consultation" he is talking about that he felt entitled to take my money for???

It was a great experience working with Scott Messinger from Queens Immigration Law. We did not have any issues and I receive my greencard faster than expected! Scott was very responsive to all our questions, and completely help us from day one. We could not have picked a better lawyer to help us thro...ugh this journey!
